You're brilliant at what you do. But between work deadlines, the overflowing inbox, the household that doesn't run itself, there's a lot. I take the life admin and the work ops off your plate, completely remotely, so your brain is free for what actually matters.
Before tech, I worked in private households as a house manager, personal assistant, nanny, and infant sleep consultant. I know what it means to support a family, not just a business. That experience, combined with 15 years in tech program management, is what makes me different.
I started my working life embedded in busy family homes, managing households end to end, acting as a personal assistant to high-net-worth individuals, providing childcare, and supporting families through the fog of those early infant months as a sleep consultant. I learned fast that the best support is invisible: things just work, and the people I support barely notice how. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
I moved into the tech world and spent over a decade building and scaling global programs across design and operations. I've managed complex, cross-functional projects across multiple time zones, coordinating teams, designing systems, and keeping things moving in fast-paced environments.
Most of my clients need someone who understands both sides: the demands of a serious career, and the reality of a full life outside of it. I'm that person and I work fully remotely.
Every service I offer is delivered remotely. Just clear, reliable support across your work and home life wherever you are in the world.
The life admin that eats your evenings. Handed off, handled, done.
Your inbox and calendar under control, so your head doesn't have to be.
Structure and momentum for work that needs more than a to-do list.
"I don't just take tasks off your list. I take them off your mind." — Lindsay Hunter
I began my career working in private households as a house manager, personal assistant, nanny, and infant sleep consultant. I know what it looks like when a family is stretched thin, and I know how to step in and quietly make things work again.
I then spent 15 years in tech program management, building and scaling global programs across design and operations. I understand the pace, the complexity, and what it takes to keep things running in high-growth environments.
Most of my clients are brilliant, busy people who are very good at their jobs and need someone equally capable handling everything else. That's where I come in.
No formal pitch needed. Just tell me what's piling up, work, home, or both, and we'll figure out how I can help. I reply within one business day.
